I decided to run 3.4 miles today - nice and easy not pushing it too hard (trying to recover from a long run and cycling on Sunday) My legs felt pretty good and breathing is slowly coming around - but around the 1.5 mile mark I got cramping in my left foot again. I'm noticing that the cramping is occurring while I run downhill - I'll just have to make sure I don't injure myself over the long haul with something like this. Still with an easy pace I logged 10:53 per mile pace.
