Seeing the Light

The end of the tunnel is visible - I'm almost there. Last week was horrible and I didn't get any runs in at all. Even Saturday was spent working 9 hours. Paycheck will be good but it really put a damper on my scheduled workouts. I had no energy to even step out the door let alone got for late night runs.

Slowly I'm getting back to normal. Monday and Tuesday of this week I got out and did some short distances, then took last night off. Physically I feel pretty good just a little sore in the legs so I don't feel bad taking last night off.

I plan to run about 15-20 miles this week and with a stitch over 10 miles logged already this week I should be able to attain this without too much difficulty.

I'll write my January Month End Summary later tonight, and I noticed a few interesting things....

Hey, it is all about getting out there. I know that you posted this a while back - but even if you haven't ran as much as you would like (or at all) since, that is ok. It isn't about how much you ran last week / month, it is all about how much you ran today!
